1. Your Account
It is your responsibility to keep your account information accurate and up to date. You are solely responsible for the security of your account and password.
2. Account Ownership
The individual who creates an account on the eShops platform is in charge of it and is bound by these conditions. Your employer owns the account and is also obligated by its conditions if you join up on their behalf. Unless you specify otherwise.
3. Ownership
We have the option of resolving account disputes ourselves or referring them to other authorities. You will be bound by the decision.
4. Eligibility
To use the platform, you must be of legal age.
5. Packages
If you buy a plan, you only have to pay once. Otherwise, interest will be charged and your account may be suspended.
6. Taxes
Taxes are not included in the advertised prices and will be added to your credit card statement. If you are exempt from Lebanese taxes, please let us know by submitting your original exemption certificate, and we will remove the taxes from your bill.
7. Subscription
Credit cards are not required for the first seven days following registration. However, when that time has passed, you must add a valid credit card and subscribe to a plan. The subscription you’ve chosen, credit card verification, and any transaction fees specified as part of the plan’s pricing will be charged to your card.
8. Store content
Anything you use in your online store has to be yours, and it has to stay yours. We don’t own your online store’s materials, but we can use them without paying for them.
9. Suspension
You have 30 days to reinstate your account if it has been suspended. Your account and data will be destroyed if you do not reactivate it.
10. Payment Providers
We may setup your payment provider accounts for you automatically. These accounts are your responsibility to activate, deactivate, and maintain.
11. Your Content Providers
Anything you use in your online store has to be yours, and it has to stay yours. We don’t own your online store’s materials, but we can use them without paying for them.
12. Maintenance and Updates
We have the right to make changes to the platform at any time. We will not be held liable for how the upgrades will affect your platform usage. We will, however, provide technical assistance for the most recent platform version.
13. Updating
You will be invoiced pro-rata in the event of an upgrade.
14. Themes
A theme can only be used for one store at a time. Other stores can utilize the theme, although it may not be available in the future. You are free to change the theme, but you must not infringe on the designer’s rights. Contact the designer if you have any issues with the theme.
13. Backup Storage
It is your responsibility to back up your data.
14. Downgrades
Downgrading subscriptions during the same billing cycle is not possible. Downgrades will take effect in the following billing cycle. There will be no refunds.
15. Pricing and Fees
Payment of subscriptions must be made on time. Otherwise, interest will be charged and your account may be suspended.
16. Fee Dodging
It is completely forbidden to avoid paying fees. Fee avoidance is defined as any activity used to avoid paying a fee, and it may result in account suspension or cancellation.
17. No Refunds
There are no refunds on any payments. All purchase cancellations, refunds, and non-payments must be handled directly by the consumer.
18. Disputes and inquiries
A billing dispute must be filed within two weeks.
19. Overdue payments
You must make your payment within 14 days of the due date. Otherwise, you will be charged a 1.5 percent per month late payment fee. We will automatically cancel your account access if we do not receive payment within 30 days of the due date. You must make timely payments. Your account may be suspended if you do not comply.
20. Abandonment
You must let us know that you want to cancel your subscription at least 5 days before the renewal date. Your subscription will automatically renew for the next renewal period if notice is not received before that date. Send an email to support@eshops.me to request a cancellation. If and when your subscription is discontinued, we will give you an official confirmation.
21. Prohibitions and Restrictions
The platform will not be copied, sold, or ripped. You may not use it for any illegal purposes or send any destructive code through it. When using the platform, you will follow all applicable laws.
22. Restriction Lines Of Business
You may not use our platform to sell or promote things that are illegal, unethical, deceptive, or hazardous. Our platform can only be used to sell things online, not to provide services.
23. Restriction Of Accountability
We are not liable if you break the law, violate the rules, or infringe on a third party’s rights while using the platform, especially if you are sued
24. Third Party Program
Third-party services are not within our control. They will utilize your data if you use it on the platform.
25. Public Areas
The general population contributes to the content of public places. These contents are not our responsibility.
26. Electronic connections
We’ll send you an email if we need to contact you. You are not permitted to use the site to transmit or receive spam.
27. Logos
We own the platform, as well as the content we publish on it. All other trademarks and logos are the property of their respective owners and are not owned by us. Without our or the owner’s permission, you may not use them.
28. Technical Support
We provide a 2-hour consultation to help you design your store. By submitting your information, logo, items, and details, we can create your own shop in 3 to 5 days. Depending on your plan, we provide various forms of technical help. Support that isn’t part of the plan will be charged individually.
29. Guarantees
The platform is provided to you “as-is.” We make no guarantees, and it is possible that there will be mistakes or disruptions.
30. Compensation
If you infringe the law, breach the terms, or violate the rights of a third party while using the platform, you should reimburse us and be responsible, especially if you are sued.
31. Privacy Policy
You must be aware of and accept our Privacy Policy.
32. Copyright
You are welcome to utilize our platform, but it remains our property. We own the platform’s proprietary rights.
33. Reservation Of Rights
Everyone, including your competitors, has access to the platform. You have no implied rights under these agreements.
34. Modifications
We have the right to change the platform at any moment and without notice. Any modification, pricing change, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform will not be liable to you or any other party.
35. Stoppage
We have the right to stop providing the platform at any moment and without notice.
